What things actually influence the general and media sponsor offers besides managers and HR management. I upgraded HR from lvl 12 to lvl 13 and have greater manager influence then last season but still I receive bad offers. Today I received the 4* general sponsor offer which is almost the same like this seasons 4*. Can it be because of the bad season ? I finished 18. this season and last one I finished on 11 ?

1 in 5 million? How did you calculate that? There are lot's of cases when an athlete in any sport got injured as soon as they returned. Just ask Peter Forsberg.
Anyway, in this game any player can get injured at any time. Previous history is not taken into account so as soon as he is healthy, he has the same chance to get injured as any other player. You have to accept that. It is the same for every team.

OTR, HR, marketing managers efficiency, league that you are in, finishing position in the league, have you got promoted or relegated, finishing position relative to last season ( did you improve, fall or stayed the same), did you make it to the international tournaments (superleague cup not included), i think that it is. This is in random order.
How can I do that?. My problem is that I want to buy another player, but I can't make a bid because I don't have enough money (I don't have enough money because transfer market agent is already active in other player ).

On the players page on wich you activated market agnet you just need to type in the offer field currently smallest possible offer.
But to do that you need to have enough money to make that offer on top of the already offered sum for market agent.

I believe that is not necessary. If you lower the market agent setting, you only need to have the amount that you want to set the agent for.
Is that changed than? because at some point several months ago I needed to do the same, and I needed to have enough money to cover both offers.
turns out you are right. But you can easily set it to 10k. you should have enough money for that.
