Minimal amount you can set it to is the minimal current possible offer. So if current offer is 0 you can set it to 10k, but if current offer is 1M you can set a minimum of 1 050 000. At least that was at the time I needed it

When it will be possible not to take the pennant? I have CCCP symbols unacceptable, but unfortunately PPM is allowed. Unfortunately, the next season will be league team with pennant with the CCCP logo...
