You should probably look at the highest recieved Prize for rankings. The highest is the strongest.
Its a little bit different - Highest OR is not always the best team strenght.
I hope PPM could made a list of best Team Strenght in leagues...
And a promise that list is comletely different !

From my experience Sweden and Serbia have specific situations in their leagues right now, so you can't be accurate with those assumptions.
When next season starts, if you have nothing else to do, compare team strengths from each league to each other, and you will have your answer.

Have it been some changes with the marketagent latley? I thought it should always raise my bid with 5% to the highest bid up till my max.
I discovered this morning that the market agent did
go directly from the higest bid to my exactly max + a raise with 81%...

Somebody else raised before your agent?
last bid 1min 10sec befoer time ended come a bid for 60Mill, next bid was min exactly 1min before end time on my exactly Max bid entered in the Agent. It make no sense... if that number should have been there, a totally random number 44% higher should have been entered by someone else agent - but not shown in the bid history.

If nothing else, it'd be easier for GM's to regulate the unusual prices. But if they can see more than we regular users, I guess it's ok. The other thing is that you can prepare yourself, when you see who bid before you, you don't go crazy against Tits or etc.
