I just got +5.94 by winning in Champions League semis.. You get less by around 1.00 for winning in Nationl Cup.
Maybe for you coz you are strong. I get around 3,5 for wining a Nat cup game. For League i get around 4,3 for winning.
OTR is better when you win against strongest teams not if You are a stronger team

Yes. Because you, as a manager of weaker club, must do anything in your power to try to win. That means get the best team out and hope for bad day of your opposition, or for his bad, or your better tactics etc

Ciukitu is refering to the top list which is based on OTR. You refer to strongest league bast on avarage team strenght.
