General rule of thumb is this: If you plan to relegate on purpose, don't tell anybody, don't mention it on the forums and don't make it look like you are losing on purpose.
There is any list about the costs for building the stadium ?

or variant three, you are just not getting any breaks. You had more cards, but fewer fouls. I'm telling you it's not broken.
because there are still cases where the live feed is not in sync with what the engine calculates. if you tell me which play it was, I will fix it.

Why would anyone get suspended for something like that? Its not like they sold the game, or arrange a score, or that one of them looses a game on purpose. Its just playing with lowest importance.
If there is no evidence of an arangement, they can't be suspended ...
