It would be nice for nt managers but it doesnt seem very realistic...
It isn't the answer. I asked for a sure answer, not for "I hope" and I asked for the start date, too.

I thought the case of seperate energy is already definitely decided.
Will the 2nd round of NC be played this friday ? The draw has been made, but my calendar still shows an open date for the 9th of september.
There will be separate energy for NT players in soccer. We are still working on it. No matches have been played yet. The rate of decreasing will be altered slightly. All will be described in the guide when its ready

this is written on one the NT pages. Its one day before the match. Not necessarily 24 hours. It must be before the date changes at 5am CET
