I dont believe so. It is in there interest to put players in NT also (better training and exp).
Tensor, I dont think so. Its just making sure, that no potential candidates are left out. I dont see why would that be wrong.
As only a fraction of the users use the forums, I don't see any other option then to send a mail to at least the top teams.

As you are talking about national teams. How is the energy going to be handled in the national teams? I see no input in the manual. Am I right if I suppose that players will lose the same energy as the do in oficial matches? Or is there gonna be some kind of national team energy countdown (as a separated than the one we administrate in our teams) for those players?
In hockey, you can change as often as you like, don't know for soccer.
I hope there in the future will be own NT energy, but as of now, they use their normal energy in the NT matches. NT friendlies are the same as regular friendlies, wile WC is the same as League, Cup etc. At least in hockey it's like that.

Being a moderator, don't you think that this suggestion of a completely separated seasonal energy for nt players would have a chance? I mean, a chance to be introduced in the near future? If so, I could elaborate the idea (although it's quite simple to be honest) and make an official suggestion in the right thread.

It has been suggested before, and the creators know about it. We just have to wait and see if they decide to implement it or not...
