Could someone please punch me in the face? I can't stop buying staff. I've sold/fired 10 in the last month because I have too many. And then I turn around and buy two more. Why!?! They aren't better than my current Head/Assistants. Why in the hell would I buy them? I don't want to pay for the ones I have! At least one was a coach, but the other was a Physio. A Physio!

I now have 34 staff again. That's pointless and a waste of money. I think I'm going to fire a bunch of them... but I only have 200K in the bank, so I can't even do that right now. So stupid.

I wouldn't worry too much, you are doing great, still in the playoff pack, and well above the relegation line. Even if you don't make the playoffs I doubt any one will beat you in the first round of placements and make you face a play out game either, so you are solid here for this season for sure and have time to build up.

Burton Blitzkrieg's starting goalie is injured, so at the last second, I figured I had to try to win today. Went on Normal and dropped to 3 lines since I had two LDs injured. 5-3 result. *happy dance* It's nice to steal some points in the toughest part of the schedule.

Hopefully that's the end of the bad karma

Wow, karma back on me, the Attack just took me out behind the woodshed and abused me.

Wow. And you got tactics 'right.' Something must have changed. I don't think Breaking Up beats Normal anymore. It's costs me too many points, so I know I'm never using it against Normal again.

Lost 1-4, but still holding onto 9th. Hopefully I can sneak back into the playoffs before the end of the season. Just have to get through the rest of this rough bit of the schedule.

The attack are also a strong team, they have a great goalie and they have the 2nd highest scorer in the league (who shredded me today)

They were better than me last season, so I'm not shocked. Maybe it's true that some styles are better for your team, "normal" is his team's style

Oops. Wasted some season strength. I didn't realize that Illusion of Progress hasn't been on for a couple of days. They still have their friendly lines in. 8-1 win. On the bright side, I almost swept the All-Star Team

Woot. Three wins in a row. That hasn't happened for about a month. Playoffs are looking bleak. I need someone to stumble pretty badly down the home stretch. White Wolves have been inactive this month, so I guess it's possible.

Oh poop. This could actually happen. WW have a very tough schedule. They still have to play the Fatsos, the Oranges, Burton and Goldfish. That should make the rest of the season interesting

Dodged a bullet today. I accidentally left my back-up goalie in net, but still held on for the win. Yay

Six wins in a row has us in 8th place, 5 points above the inactive White Wolves. It's still possible to move up higher in the standings, but I'll be happy with making the playoffs.

I didn't realize the season was almost over. Looks like we are down to the top 4 teams being in for sure (With the Fastsos being nearly undefeated!) and the bottom 4 teams in the playoffs mostly a lock. In theory the White Wolves could overtake any of the bottom 4, and the Flatulent could overtake Bombsville assuming bombsville doesn't win any more games.

Yeah. And I'm in trouble. I lost my best player to injury last night. He's out for the rest of the season.

The Oranges crapped the bed against the WW, today. That might be the game that knocks me out in the end.

If you win out you are in, heck I think you can still get in with only 2 wins, depending on how things go.

Even if you don't make it, just barely missing the playoffs right after promoting into a tough league is nothing to turn your nose up at
