Think conference "B" might be tougher? After 5 games, they have 25 wins, and "A" has 15. And if Hooligans folds, "A" will become even easier! Someone talk him out of it !!!
I think conference are balanced with an even OTR. Hooligans has such a high OTR. The game balance it by putting every good team on the other conference.
You might be right. Always seems I'm in the division with the most heavyweights, and scrambling to avoid relegation. Trying to win enough games to protect my OTS and still have enough energy level to beat a well-rested tier II team. Keeps one on their toes!!
I haven't had any issues with div2 P/R teams. I get rolled year after year in I.1, somehow climb into the P/R region, and handle the div2 challenger easily - and you have a better team than me.
Writing this season off. Selling the two old guys I have. Resting the good upper-age guys I have for potential P/R games but unlikely to get there. Alas, youngsters on VH the rest of the way. Prep for div2...
We are lucky. Hooligans probably has a sitter for his account. He didn't connect in almost a month but still has his team.
Well, I certainly hope that is the case. We can not afford to lose managers with his qualifications.

I bid 20-35M via market agent on coaches today. Lost all dozen or so of them. It's ridiculous the prices these guys fetch for only a couple seasons (a few months).
Added bonus, I got to lose to [basketball_team=13636]twice today in competitive games!
