CRAP. I spent like 8 million bucks on one 100 manger and it wasn't worth it! But it seemed to work. My offer went from Contract worth: 44,593,008. to Contract worth: 84,509,824. 30 million difference. I'm confused now.
OTR and division level as well as league ranking all play a part as well.
That's likely an OTR thing, small (maybe a few million) are a result of the manager.
a few million is a TON of money to me.
You can make that back in a few friendlies against teams with maxed stadiums (in their stadium).
