How do you find the remaining contract value of a staff member?
Multiply their salary (their daily pay) by the days remaining in their contract. You can only see the salary of your staff and staff on the market.
Sure, no problem.
You can also click on the "Dismiss" button, and the amount given for how much you have to pay is half of their remaining contract value. Just make sure you don't click "OK" after checking

Can anybody tell me how to compress a .png file? My file is 1.6kb too big for PPM to allow.
I use GIMP, although I am very new to it,i have compressed it as far as the program allows, to my knowledge.

I have compressed through GIMP, followed by compressing it again through another program called PNGGauntlet, which worked nicely.....but still 1.69kb too large. I'm soo close.
Anybody know of another way to compress this logo just a hair more without reducing below the required pixel parameters?

Problem solved. Nothing more than compressing through Gimp, followed my PngGauntlet, then through fileoptimizer only to be forced to run it through PngGauntlet one last time to correct the formatting issue created by fileoptimizer. Which i have to say is by far the best compression rates i have found out of the 4 i used today. So there you have it....compressed the hell out of it.

I was thinking maybe the stars of the US on the left and the leaf of Canada on the right. A cool flag. Unfortunately the have yet to manufacture those....One day
There were previous USA captains but they didn't' work out so I absorbed the duty. There are two helpers from the USA - tujague and obryantj - and one moderator - tescosamoa... all great support team members whom I'd hand the USA C to if they wanted it.
