The A+, A, B, C, and D ratings you get during draft scouting ARE effected by your HR department.
So if you have a very low HR department, you may scout an A+, when he's actually a B to someone with max HR facilities.
So if you have the highest HR level in your league, you have an advantage of sorts, because it's more likely that the players you scout and think are good, are indeed good.

Hello all, I am new to the site. Can anyone point me in the right direction where I can find the information on what skills to train for specific player positions? I have found bits and pieces discussing ratios, but not the specific skills. Thanks in advance for replies.
Check the Players section of the guide. There are little light bulbs next to your money on most pages that will get you there.

Question: What is the most important thing to consider when choosing a team captain? Is it overall rating? Chemistry?
For example, my handball team, albeit, struggling in it's first season in II, as expected...I have one offensive player that is considerably better than the rest, but he plays wing, so he's not really as active as say a back would generally be. On the flip side of that i've got a goalie that has the chemistry, not top in the league but tends to hold his own considering my teams weaker defense. Would it be wiser to utilize a goalie with chemistry that is involved throughout the entire match or use a wing with more OR? Or does it not make a difference? I'm not even sure a captain has any real benefit, but then again i've never tested that theory.
Thoughts?

HELP? My draft class disappeared without any of my picks being sent to me. The USA LEAGUE III.10 draft that happened on Sunday disappeared tonight. I was moved to LEAGUE III.3 and when I click on draft their league's draft results show up. When I can't change to the correct league, because the results only show up for Leagues III.1-9. I would venture a guess that everyone from III.10 is having the same experience. I also was planning on using those drafted players to play my match today, because my training camps overlapped and I need more players for today's match. Please help?
I don't think it matterss, but just for the sake of the sport I use a mixture of veterancy (age), Chem, and OR. I.e. Usually I'd pick one of my best players, though not necessarily the best, and who has been in the club for a long time and is a regular starter. He should have high exp too (that goes along with veterancy). E.g. atm my cap is my starting CB Momchilov, who is one of the best players in my team, has been in the club for 5-6 seasons, all as a starter, and is 27 with over 100 exp. I don't think this matters for the game engine, I just do it to be more realistic. In real football a player you just bought, no matter how good he is, will not be the team captain.
That sounds like a question for canucks357 , pm him. However, I don;t think you can pick up your drafts until Friday
In the end of season draft, the players don't show up on your team until they finish the seasonal update. They want your current players to age and calculate the CL drops before they send you your draftees. This way they stay 15yo this season instead of aging as soon as they are drafted.
Your draft disappeared because they did regrouping and the U.S. doesn't have enough players for III.10 and above(err, below?).
I don't know the exact time the draftees show up, but it should be soon. They're currently doing CL updates. I think they come in after that.

Thanks to both of you for your help. The drafted players arrived this morning. I was freaking because earlier in the evening I could access the results and then after the usual updates that evening the entire III.10 draft disappeared, while all other leagues I could still find their history. Thanks again!
Yeah, it's sounds like your view parallels my thinking, to a degree. hmmm....in all honesty, this may be a factor that truly matters that i, or we haven't sorted out yet.
Thx for the input. +

It would be great if they fixed this sort of thing and actually made it matter. In real football it absolutely DOES matter! A cap is a leader, he gets morale up and is "the coach inside the pitch". Maybe they should give a plus to MR if you pick a good cap, or decrease MR if you do the opposite (i.e. a new player, or one with little/no experience)
yeah , your right buddy , i have the same problem , its freakin BULLSHIT MAN

How in the world are the All Stars selected in any given sport. Keep seeing ghost teams have several nominees on a given day, or user owned teams' players who didn't even score, say in soccer, when other teams had forwards with several goals. Just seams an odd selection. Only occasionally have I seen that the year end all star is common sense statistical leader at a given position per their sport. Note I am not in any division I sport. Do not think that should matter as the system should be the same across all divisions.
