Our players are tired. Didn't toss the towel.
Pascalle is not correctly trained and was awful. Too bad willmott abandoned handball.

Schneider is also another player not well trained. 115 speed and 100 fip .. just to have an idea. Messaged his manager asking to fix and his speed continue to increase.

Kemp wasnt playing well and other than higher experience, not much different from Milton. so i thought a fresh player would be better.

Gotcha. I think the decision to take youngsters bit us in the back since we didn't qualify to advance early and it came down to a deciding match with tired starters.

Hyde would have been a worthwhile replacement for Kemp in hindsight, given his performance.

Since most seem to want us to develop youngsters we may face similar issue next year. although not as bad as I wont need to be chasing chemistry and can rotate players

Hyde is being considered to be joining the team.

since players have already great chemistry, my plan is to try to get then to finish the 2nd phase (if we qualify of course) at 90% chemistry or so instead of 80%

With that said, i plan to rotate players next season saving the starters some energy. will definitely add one or two veteran back

You stated earlier that the goal this year was top maintain those near 100 Chen and cycle in others to increase and prepair for WC, I agree with that. Soon you will be locked in players as the next good crop of 15 that turn 16 will go to u21

yeah, i will be able to sit a few (in fact i will sit more than just a few)

if they will create the U19 the season after this new one it will be crazy. Current 16yo players will be 18. Even the current 17yo would be in the U19. that would be hard as most NT players are currently 17 or 18.

So i guess it may take 2 more full seasons before U19 comes in. If true, current 15 and 16 will be in the U19 in a couple of seasons and we have 2 seasons to develop them.

In the other hand we need to introduce more veterans to share the load on WC. first 2 seasons was hard to give youngster PT cause we needed to boost chemistry.

So there are 20 player with 8 or more chemistry where most will return

There will be at least 10 slots for mix of youngsters and veterans.

Bob Young is taking the Calr Minton role and could replace Schneider as his team is weak in facilities and he is not trained correctly.

There will be a new veteran, at least, to compete with Marty Kemp. Mitch Hilton is the youngster competing.

We lack of great defenders. Reason why Troy Snodgrass gets more PT than he "should". He is balanced universal wing but Id rather have a more defensive oriented winger. Bob Young will also be balanced.

A more defensive back would be great too as we lack of them. Jon Hacker is being built to be a great defender but he is far from being ready.

We are set at defensive and even offensive Pivots.

Goalies is a question mark as we dont know where Pascalle will end up going.

i will take a look at all the "top 20" situation and may call other vet players to replace them (specially current starters). It doesnt mean they would be cut, but they would sit and conserve energy. replace = call another veteran with available slot.

Out of the top 20 chemistry players, 5 are youngters.

While it's disappointing that we didn't make it further this season, I hardly think that we had a showing that would warrant a vote of no confidence for the national team manager.

It seems as though people here are calling for someone's head, which I find quite odd.

1) Our team advanced out of the group play this season, despite having a very challenging group. Two of the teams in our initial group are the 5th and 8th teams in the world. We didn't advance last season so this is an improvement and an accomplishment worth noting.

2) In the 2nd round, the 3 teams that we lost to are all in the top 10 in the world. Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Slovenia are ranked 6th, 9th, and 3rd respectively.

Losing to those teams is hardly something to be ashamed of.

We more than doubled our ranking points this season (we went from 5847 points last season to 12464 points this season)

4) We added several younger players to the national team this season that will add flexibility for the national team manager next season as several of the existing national team players are not being trained properly and might need to be supplemented in the near/intermediate term.

So we performed better than last season while improving our position for future seasons.

I guess I just fail to understand why people are lighting up the torches and working the villagers up into a frenzy?

I can't believe that anyone would vote for WasUpNerd after he was banned for using multiple accounts.

I don't care how good a manager he may or may not be.

I know reputation is everything, but as I said, I will be his assistant. So even if he get's banned, im still here.

Lanky it is 2 people who are running as well. Just keep to the high ground and remember when you take Nerd in consideration you must also consider that both times he was reinstated. Yes this is a concern for voting that some people will take in consideration but others will not care. If people want a change then they will vote for someone who is not Bulls/Lanky.

So keep to posting about what your going to do and not what others may or may not do. It will serve you well in the running.

Nobody is calling heads, but I don't see any special results of our NT when Bulls was the manager. Anyone can achieve what he did. 3 terms for 1 manager is too much. You lose motivation and interest. We need to give a chance to someone new, so he can gain experience. Nerd is a perfect candidate.

I have entered the running for national team manager. My presentation should convince everybody to vote for me.

I never said anything about running for the senior national team.



As far as WasUpNerd being reinstated, that doesn't really mean much at all to me. He's spent over 3000 credits on handball alone, and given current exchange rates, I'm figuring that to be about $400.00 USD worth of "donations" to PPM.

I really don't think it's too farfetched to think that he might have gotten some preferential treatment when he was reinstated due to the amount of money he spends on this game.

Perhaps I'm paranoid, but i think it speaks volumes that 2 teams were expelled for "multi-account" trading in basketball, yet only 1 team (WasUpNerd's) was reinstated.

If he was found to be innocent of wrong-doing, it seems to me that both teams would be reinstated. The fact that the other team wasn't re-instated tells me that he was likely guilty of whatever he was expelled for, but they gave him a pass (for whatever reason).

I'm all for taking the high road, and I'm not attacking WasUpNerd as a person or anything. I just don't personally feel as though that's the type of manager that I would want representing our country.

But hey... to each their own. Everyone is obviously free to vote for whomever they choose.

Note about players not being properly trained...

I have, myself, contacted several managers that own young players that could potentially replace those players not well trained. Including you Lanky, Camrawrn, hiya2124 and others. Have also contacted the owners of players in "trouble"

Our biggest problem is Scheneider as he is a top player in a team with very bad facilities and not well trained. Combination is horrible.

I also wold like to mention that I have opened the communication door here in the forum but very few would join and give opinion.

Now some of those, who have done nothing to help USA want to run it. not to mention some of those would not even upload their own players to the database much less helping scouting.

Eventually I will walk away from being manager but its not time yet.

I am also going to mention Lanky may want to run for U19 and he has my 100% support. He helped tremendously this season.

Yep. I'm far more interested in the youth teams to be honest. They're much more dynamic and interesting in my opinion.

I definitely feel like I got a lot of experience assisting with the senior national team this season, as bulls kept me more involved than most assistant managers would be.

I was hoping that the youth national teams would be released this season, but it looks like I might have to wait one more.

And since when have you mentioned this to lets say Capssain who in on his 5th hockey U19 run ?
I'd like to see where you mentioned nobody should run 5 times ....

Instead of trying to find excuses, show how you can help, cause so far you have not helped anything at all. Nor to scout or anything.
