We only have two free slots in the U17 roster, so I probably won't add more players until next season (even if I have noted them as useful). I'm reserving one slot--just in case--for another goalie and the other I am leaving free for the moment in case of an emergency (such as Tylko's demise).
Just scouted both Sweet and Barnsley. Sweet is good but Barnsley is sensational, definitely worth scouting him for the future.

I was very excited about Sweet, since our goalie count for the two seasons after this went from 0 to 1.
I've definitely added Barnsley to my watch list, together with a few others I've already scouted, but who aren't on the team yet for lack of space.

Oh wow! I should be finished scouting him tomorrow. If he's that amazing, I might just add him to the emergency slot, if only to give him the training boost for the future. Too bad he's 5/6 though. Maybe we'll be lucky and he'll still keep his CL for a long time...

I was nervous til we got the 3rd goal - too many memories on Iran playoff match several years ago.
Too bad about NZ! They're out, but it was always going to be a tough break against Peru. Wasn't the South America playoff one of the reasons Australia left Oceania?
I always forget about the NC Cup match on Friday... oh well probably would have lost anyway..
