i try to put a hockey player using special tag in PPM events and it doesn't work,when i push say button it disappear list of special tag and the "say " button
no , if i press home again shows how it should look...

There are TWO players with that name on his team!!! . So one player got one yellow and the other got two yellows.

I'm thinking about selling a soccer player of my own. I have an interested buyer who already has a player of the same name. If he wins the bid (if I sell the player) both his forwards would be named Cade Bryan haha. One left side one right side

yeah, we know about it...it will be updated after next league match correctly...
And what about notification of expiration of staffs' contracts? Today some managers were surprised to see that some of their staff was gone because of no contract extension. No notification on previous day about expiration. Why?
a staff member cannot leave just like that. they were either too old or they didn't have automatic contract extension. Can you tell me which managers you are talking about? Did they get notice 5 days before the end of the contract?
