I just began to receive notice of one of my players expiration contract and new wage.
The problem is I have more than 20 notifications in my page and every minute a new one appears...

Notifications about contracts always come up. Unless you've set their contract to not sign them again you don't have to worry.
I have the same problem. I have two players whose contracts have 1 day remaining and I have over 8 pages of notifications that their contracts are about to expire. I receive 1-2 notifications per minute for each of the two players with 1 day remaining. I have another player whose contract has 0 days remaining (and is set to automatic renewal).
