Subject: USA U-18 Team
I need someone to scout the U18 Russian national team and someone to scout U18 Latvian national team. It's doubtful that you can scout many players by January 8 with your current level of facilities, but it would help if you could scout a few players from one of those teams, if you're willing to spare your scout. My scouts are tied up scouting U.S. 16-17 year olds.

Can you cover Latvia?
I think I have a few of the Russians covered from last season, but nobody from Latvia. In any case, it would be good to have updated attributes. Can you send the scouting information around the first week of January? The first game is on January 9.
