Am I right in assuming that practicing aggressiveness to a center will not improve him?

It does improve him. Otherwise the guide is lying by saying:
"Aggressiveness is MAINLY used by defensemen and wingers."
On the other hand, it doesn't improve him, because then the player lacks training of more important attributes.

that's up to you to figure out. I am not here to tell you how to train your players.

But you said it yourself, centers have the advantage of because they don't practice aggressivness at all. That statement implies centers don't need to practice aggressivness. I just wanted a confirmation, that you told us the truth. You know, some people might suddenly stop practising aggressivness to centers now just because of your post. I wouldn't want other people to mistake you and ruin their players. It's all about the community really.
Aggressiveness is not a secondary attribute for a center. Therefore most people don't train it for centers. That's a fact.
Ok then. If I had two centers with exactly the same attributes except the aggressivness is higher for player one, how do I know which player is better? One might be better forechecker, but he also would draw more penalties. How do you draw the line here?
