disagree about the shooting "how often" thing since the guide says it's training "OFFENCE" that makes your player taking the decision to shoot or pass the puck

Yeah the shooting thing is debatable. I think what i should have said was that shooting influences the quality off the shot, not "how often" a shot is made.
