Question: Will players have penalties if I set player with pref right side as LW and player with left pref side to RW in PP lines?

the guide was changed. that's the only difference. Until now, this was not officially confirmed. The guide said that you could put a player with PS left on the right wing on the PK. It didnt say anything about PP

As a team in "Other World" are people collecting a puck from my actual country, from "Other World" or neither?
Just "other world". There are 4 OW pucks to collect, one from each of the divisions.
Does that apply to defenders also? Because that would be new (at least to me).
He means whenever you go on someone's profile (MGR) you can't check his connections...^^ since today

Nope ^^ the detailed connections everytime/days
LOL i can't even remember that part anyway. hahah
Well it can be useful to know when was the last time someone has logged in for setting tactics in game, or to follow some guys that haven't logged in before their team disappear (case for a national player as an example)....
