Still no medal for div II WC winning managers though...
Thanks from answers.
My players are still not training best that they can.
Cause would like more money. Fame is not enough for their families.

Do the trophies happen for season allstars in hockey or do the soccer players get them too?
From to-do list dd. 19.10.2010:
Improvement of tactical options 50%
Game engine improvements 50%
Are those game engine improvements going to be implemented before start of next season?

ok. got a training effectiveness question. if i understand this correctly, playing in games reduces training amount for that day. so, are you better off having two full squads...one for friendlies one for league...or using the same squad for all games and letting your unused players just train? does anyone know which is more effective for player development?
Keeping your regen at par with training is best. That way playing in the game won't hurt your players as much. The training boost is small for not playing and the chem and exp is worth more. So play A squad all the time. Unless you have another idea.
i've been using two full squads for the last two seasons--one for league play and the other for friendlies. my thinking was that way my back ups get some experience and chem, and i don't lose too much energy from my A squad. but i haven't been happy with the training rates so i'm trying to find a way to get better numbers.
A reasonable compromise I've been doing is having a starter play both friendlies and competitive games until he gets 100 chemistry. After that, he only plays competitive games and backups fill in for friendlies.
i started that way. had enough backups for 2 extra lines and played half the starters in each friendly (alternating groups). but i ran low on energy in a tough season and got killed in the playoffs, so i went to two full squads.
@canuckson the regen/training levels...i try to keep regen 1 lvl below training. does even make that much of a difference?
