I have an issue, maybe someone can help !
If I change my Sporting Directors before I pull the youths, it will have any effect on them ? Or it will be considered the value from night update ?
For the moment, I have a training camp in progress, and both SDs have first attribute on low values.

Not sure when it comes into affect. I always change my staff over a full day before the update.

you will have effect on youth pull from changed directors becouse youth is generated that moment when you press button to show youth players
