Because it would make a very big difference between rich clubs and others? Because of too much money involved and therefore another inflation ?

Have you guys even counted it?
My Skybox offer (4 stars) is 2,2M per season. The constructon cost was 1.680.000 and upkeep is 3.360/day (=112*3360=376.320/season). The skybox pays back in one season. So pretty good IMHO. ( and upkeep is even lower because of the effect of arena custodians and maintenance center)

Comparing to the cost of skybox, completely agree, but comparing to the cost of stand + cost of skybox (even the lowest) is really long term.
When I "heard" that the offers were much lower.
Oh yeah, true that. With 70-80% attendance I got roughly 5 seasons pay back time. Too long IMO, but beautiful arena is always nice to have 
And that was for two-floor multifunctional.

except while he stands may be built by the new offers, but skyboxes wont be.
Look at his facilities and players though... talk about going all-in with bpth feet...
