i'm trying to build new seats for my arena, but ppm won't let me it seems.. right now, i have 40 258 399, and before i took the loan out, i had about 35 000 000. the stand i want to build (triple multifunctional) costs 38 000 000, yet ppm says i don't have enough money. what's up?
you've bid on players on market? Perhaps it "holds" those funds for you?

That would be it. If you have money tied up in the market you are not allowed to spend it. To stop you from over spending. That's why putting up big bids on players a week away is a gamble.

I thought penalties were supposed to be based largely on game flow now.
