AQ is the the average.
on the market all Qualities are guesses by your scouting managers, unless you actually scout the player/staff.

when you upgrade an arena's capacity, do you have to demolish all its accessories?
No. If you demolish the stand the accessories are demolished automatically.

I've never done it before (always upgraded straight to max capacity), but I've seen both capacity and accessories upgrading at the same time.

When increasing capacity only, the accessories are unaffected and you can even add accessories during the construction. There is no revenue from the section during construction phase
So how are people training these days? I understand shooting has taken increased importance...
