Don't know what trifecta means, and the sentence also.

Trifecta is a 3-some but not in the sexual connotation.
Somewhat part of the social myth that things happen in threes. Generally associated though with winning things in a single season or timeframe.

Like hattrick in soccer?

Yes a hattrick is a trifecta of goals.

But the word trifecta is more used, say in soccer for winning cups in a single season, instead of on small things like goals.

i usually connect trifecta with horse racing. It means picking the 1-2-3 place finishers in order.

I probably should have used hat trick though, more apropos.

What can I say, I know it is tricky theme to talk about (he is unhappy with 140 mils - that sounds crappy), it's just that a guy from my league got himself 30 mils more and it is a system fault, I must react because that is something what I fought for entire season.

same here, I demolished half my arena and despite all the other things better about my team (league, OTR) my TV deal only improved my 300k for the whole year.

It's maybe because your current is 900 "seats". I guess you had a late react for building as well as I did on HR department (I remembered to build it with 5 days after schedule for sponsorship offer). And now instead of having bigger offer for better HR, I have smaller and still smaller for participating in CL.

thats exactly what it is. When I was plotting out my plans, it didn't even occur to me that the deal would take the "current seats" until after i had done the work. TB tried to convince devs otherwise but was told it couldn't be changed.

I can get it if they don't want people abusing the "future seats" part of it, but you can't tell me that you couldn't base it on max attendance from the previous season.

Basically I had 1700 seats all season, In a week I'll have 1900, but my tv deal was based on 900. Bunch of bologna if you ask me.

just a thought...but could it also relate to the new salary calculations?

since i didn't really move up in the standings...12th to 10th in regular season...9th ending playoffs in both seasons...i'm not expecting a big increase. but my first offer (3 stars) seems to be about as much of an increase as you guys. the only real change is i built up my arena a bit and boosted my HR 2 slots.

your OTR should also be higher, and thats the biggest factor

ah...yes... for got about that part. season end OTR was about 25% over last season.
