I like ratios and I train towards certain ratios. But I think it's better to mix it up a little more. I am not the type to have equal points in TEC and AGR. On the PP you definatly need high PA.
Ya pass on wingers I've found to be nearly non-existent. I have some wingers that I've always trained pass. I guess I more train for real-life rather than what the PPM engine recognizes as good... hence why I have mediocre seasons.
I also train towards ratios, but Qs tend to skew them.
I have PP specialist W's with high pass att's because they had high pass Qs and I've had good success with that formula - every player on my PP units got into the prize money.
Competing for a playoff spot and having a positive goal differential in I.1 is hardly 'mediocre'. Clearly, you're doing a lot of things right.

First off, I would like to thank everyone that voted in the election. I'm really looking forward to heading up this team. We have a week to select the team. It is my intention to select a crop of players that will be contributors to not only this season's team but to future teams. I will rely on a number of Canadian managers to make sure we get this right. canucks357 will serve as Assistant Manager during the selection process, however we will give different managers the opportunity to serve as Assistant Manager throughout the season. Let the debate begin.
