Close game, I am guessing Bobby Horsfield is a big part of our PK as they scored on the PP during both his penalties
.

I should let the next NT GM know that I got a guy who maybe should be on NT for the training bonus...
he is a center
age 16, 6/6 CL
O: 96
S: 98
P: 84
T: 99
Currently only 460 OR... but he is training at 2.5 OR a day in training camp...

I don't know... sounds too obvious.
I'm claiming Russian Spy... He's no Anna Chapman though.

Let's get the ball rolling on who should be selected for the upcoming National Team. We should collectively decided the following: 1) Optimal ratios for player builds 2) How many players to select initially 3) How many true NT caliber players to pick and how many prospect type player to select.
If you have input please let it be known on the thread. Later on today, I'll post the NT Chemistry of current NT players. I will also identify the club teams with the top training facilities and post my suggested top 3 lines for the NT.

Well outside of yourself Mikpj is running. I feel like we would have the Team Canada Strippers in that scenario...
It's a certainty that there will be more Strippers on next year's National Team, whether or not he is picking the team or I am.
Only Tierney, Marker (on the 4th line) and maybu Duxbury (offensive dman).
I like that D is now needed for Fwds and Off for Def.
My two cents:
I think that the NT should have 5 lines of NT caliber players and possibly a bonus W, C, and D (utility players) in case of multiple injuries at a position. The rest should be highQ prospects on teams with the training facilities to turn them into future starters on the NT.
I don't think there should be an optimal player build per se. I'd want PP and PK specialists and well-rounded players to surround them with.
I think themightyoil and mikpj are both good candidates for the GM position.

Guide says passing is key for the PP. C's and D's will both have high pas, but many W's don't have much. A PPW, for me, would have a ratio like: 2(off): 1.5(sho) :1(pas): 1(tec): 1(agr).
