Is there a minimum OR level to submit players??

I would like to know the minimum requirements too. I got a stud defense man who is a little low in OR to make the team but has great Qualities (92-95-99)

I'll have a really good dman in mabye next season who I hope will be ready for team Canada too. Right now he's ..-70-30-30-35-25-35

as far as Guidelines go... I don't want to set too much criteria because we're going to be focusing on prospects as well this year, but we also need a core set of starters.

I look for 2:1:1 ratio with an emphasis on shooting for all skaters, and an emphasis on technique for defensemen.

Seems to be the going rate for Primary attribute is around 150 or so, so we'll say anything higher than that, keeping in mind the ratio mentioned above. So players that are 150 Offensive, 50 Passing and 50 Technique will be viewed as 100 Offensive in my mind.

To explain my emphasis on shooting, I will lean towards taking a forward that is 150-75-75 with 125 Shooting over a forward that is 200-100-100 with 30 Shooting.

For the technique emphasis, I will lean towards taking a defensemen that is 150-75-75 with 75 technique over a defensemen that is 200-100-100 with 25 technique.

For prospects, I'm looking for guys that are average 90% Q's where it counts. Probably I'll impose an OR cutoff of around 300OR at this point.

If your players don't make the cut above, but they're close or can be trained to be close over the season, feel free to submit anyways. I'd rather have an abundance of choice, than a lack of choice.

Oh, btw, I've named themightyoil as my assistant GM. Even though the GM isn't changing, I'd like to mix things up a little bit, and hopefully give a strong candidate for next year's GM some experience.

PS. Do I both submitting Newts? He's almost 2:1:1 with 200 prime and 50+ EXP.

I would say get out the trombone for the "whaaa whaaaaaaa" But that would only fuel the fire for save ferris. : /

I can scout for players/GMs if needed too. I think I'm putting out about 75% a day.
