Keep in mind the games played against teams that make it to the next round are kept. That being said, if Serbia is knocked out... our massive win only gets us on to the next phase. From there the games against the other teams count for the standings. That is only if Serbia is knocked out. But with each game played the next becomes more and more important. Just saying what everyone knows. Two wins should set us up nicely though!
Serbia lost 8-2 so our OTL guarantees us at least one point more then them. However, with them out of the mix, that game is off the books for the next set of round-robin matches. Thus, we have an OTL to our name so far for the next round.
Good job getting the point again today, I just want to ask though why are we playing on High importance on the road?
Playing high because the first order of business was to advance to the next round and avoid the relegation round.
Well no I get that but I thought it was thought by many here that playing high on the road wasn't an advantage?
In the NC all games are considered neutral. There is no home ice advantage.
Sorry I mean WHC... NC there clearly is home ice advantage.
Man what a disappointing loss. We outplayed them but came up short.. 
Hopefully tomorrow we can pull out a big win to give us good standings in the next round. Obviously we've avoided relegation, now it's time to get busy and do well in the tourney.

6 Points (max points) with a +7 GD
Hungary 3, +3
Serbia 0 points .. not sure of their goal differential... it will be bad... like -10
