Wouldn't be the first... We've already lost Falcon and the Magicians this season. And there's the FlyingHeadz too, of course, but they've been out for two seasons now.
Yes, lots of managers dropping off. The Magicians voiced complaints so kudos to him. I hope the rest are actually letting the devs know why they are losing interest.
I think they started over. Not sure why one would do that since you lose all the progress you've made. If I were resetting my team, I'd just sell everyone off and run with a team of 15 year old pulls.
It is a drastic move, but one which I've been contemplating for some time. My finances and my growth are stagnating, somewhat.
I thought about that too. Not that I am anywhere near you guys in terms of overall team, but the growth factor is starting to kick in with my finances. My Questions is what would you differently that would make your team more profitable for longer? And not end up in this same position your team is currently in?
It's not that the team is in bad shape. I'm still making money, it's just not enough to pace with the I.1 teams which I'd like to eventually catch up to.
The grand move would involve cutting staff and selling players. I could probably cut 1 million per day in staff and player salaries alone.
I don't think it's a particularly good move at this point and I'm going to continue my slow growth for awhile. The team is performing well in II.3 and is a top 50 team in Canada. OTR continues to grow, sponsorship offers and attendance with it. Media deals get bigger as the arena grows. I am making more than I was making last season and eventually, will have a 20,000 seat arena and level 15 facilities. Perhaps then I will make my move.

If I were to start over ..
I would pay more attention to stands/seats and would have built them faster. I would have had less staff (or lower OR) when my team had lower facilities. I wouldn't have let ego get the best of me and I wouldn't have went to rung I as fast as I did.
At this point, I'm staying the course. Every season the income grows a little. Every season I try to keep the team young.

This is kinda what I'm doing, slowly. My Arena is maxed now, and I'm cutting a lot of the players that I rely on now, in order to invest in the future, now that my facilities are doing well.
My old 4/6 guys are good now, but my 6/6 guys will be greater than them with the new training facilities, etc.

I've been keeping tabs... You look poised to step into and compete in division I.1 in about 3-4 seasons.
That's what I'm hoping... I should write up an article with my results in hopes of helping others to make the jump...
That is, if I'm successful.

In keeping with tradition, I would like to now welcome SwimmingMatters to II.3! Hope you have a good final day and a half (and log on within that time.)
He's left the game. Though he has pro pack so it's 51 not 21 days.
Well - there's getting one of two correct. Thanks canucks357!
