I'm tired of everyone in this league hating me. I figure if I promote to I.1 with 17 and 18 year olds they'll love playing me!

Your team is simply too good for this division. It outclasses every team here. Your posts have been boastful and even showing a bit of sadness that there isn't more competition in II.3 for you.

I couldn't say that anyone here hates you as you are an active and helpful GM. We'll wish you well in I.1 as we certainly would like your team in a more representative division.

If the lines are such that division I.1 sends us another team that outclasses us all, then I'm sure we'd feel the same way about them. Good luck up there! The fact that you are competing on such a high level with such young players is truly exemplary.

If my posts were interpreted as boastful that was not the intention (I.1 is full of mikpj boasting and if it came across that way I have failed as a human being). I know people don't hate me, they just hate having my team in the league. Unfortunately, teams like mine should be in (I.5).1 since we tend to bounce between leagues. I still do not consider promotion to be a sure-thing. There are a lot of dang good teams in this league and the way my goaltending was to end the season nothing is a sure-bet.

Whenever I do promote, this season or another, I will still keep tabs on the II.3 forum since your posts on player career milestones always remind me to check my own!

Big game today as the Giants take on Fleur de Lys. Little worried as my boys lost at home in OT last game - would have been nice to seal the deal and not have a game 3.

Does the playoff tree reset itself based on rankings or am I destined to play Canucks if I manage a win today?

It resets like the NHL - highest seed always plays lowest seed. Good luck!
