Subject: [Old] Canada Senior NT Discussion
For now I covered CF and SM. Two of the Forward are dismissed Laroche and Browne. Wesley Howard will be added, he is my next Kenny. As for the Side Midfield I will add Vance Grondin.
Players I am adding now are the ones who are able to play right now, for the prospects I will leave some spots and add them along the way.
Next to be dismissed are the 2 CD Jeffrey and Arsenault. Gregory Goodman will be added back to the NT roster.

Be sure to leave a few slots open in the event we lose a team with promising players. mikpj didn't do that in hockey and now lots of cKs' hockey players (ie. Dalton P. the goalie) are gone for good.
I will make sure it doesn't happen here in soccer.

Time for Side Defender. As we have to many, 3 of them will be dismissed today.
Christopher McRae He just don't have any chance to made the line-up.
Eddie Dawdy After so many season his time has passed. He is been with NT from the first day but other are just pulling away. He just didn't have made the line-up last season and have no chance making it this season.
Wade Bourgeois Great player but his talent is just not enough for NT and there is many more better then him.

I have been added Vance Grondin to the roster but as he is our 6 SM he will be replaced with some young prospect.
Claude Kester will be dismissed from the NT roster.

In order to increase your in game rating, I recommend everyone bring up their passing to over 50% of primary to about 55-60%. For the positions of SM and SD.
I am getting super ratings at the side with a ratio of 21-12-11-15-6 pri-pass-tech-speed-head. This is great for SM, but I increase my heading to 7 for thr side defense.
As for CD I am still experimenting. I use a base of 27-12-12-12-16. But a 27-13-13-12-16. is also getting me good ratings.
CM, still trying to find a perfect ratio, but I have settled on a 27-20-19-7-7 for now, with promising results so far. My goalie ratios are similar,but with one more to passing and heading. If anyone has better ratios let me know. I found these give me great in game ratings.
P.S. Mark this stuff down so we can delete it in a week so the whole game doesnt read it.
I have had good luck with GK training. 100/30/60/70/40 or thereabouts. I haven't seen that good of training when you get more than 10pts beyond the 100-70-50-30 levels but I trust your judgement.
Okay just let me know when you want me to remove them.
