THE FORWARDS
This is the good, the bad, and the ugly group. The good is superstar Rob Frenette . The bad is the lack of wingers. And the ugly is these guys career length.
Rob Frenette [69] has a maxed out CL, was on the top 10 player list, and his game rating of 48 is the highest any National Team player has ever achieved.
Verdict: Cut him! (just kidding)
Brody Kenny [70] will continue to be our #2 striker during our World Cup run. Improved 156. Year 1 of 3/6.
Verdict: Keep him!
Alphonso Whitlow [38] is the only side forward I named to the team. Improved 148. Year 1 of 3/6.
Verdict: Keep him!
Claude Kester [59] Improved 150. He's got the best qualities. Year 1 of 3/6.
Verdict: Cut him!
Brendan Grégoire [70] didn't land on the greatest team. Has the most experience in the group, has the best shooting in the group. Improved 124 (with injuries). Year 1 of 3/6.
Verdict: Keep him!
Isaac Laroche [0] Added to boost his sale price.
Verdict: Cut him!
Brannon Browne [0] Added to boost his sale price.
Verdict: Cut him!

First off, I would like to thank you all for the vote and believing in me once again by selecting me as a NT manager.
Neill (themightyiol) has done excellent work this past two season. I am planing to continue where he stops and would love him to stay involved with NT. Also I am asking skipman6 and canucks357 to continue their input and decision with our NT. If there is anyone else who would like to be involved please let me know.
First thing on my list will be cutting some players from the roster. Those would be players who don't have any chance in playing and players added by Neill to boost sale price.
Second: Our dept at Side Midfield is thin so I am gonna be out there trying to find one. We might be ok for next 2 season with our curent players at this position but we have to think for the future. IMO NT manager job is not only one or two season, he has to think beyond that. If anyone know a good SM please let me know.
Third: For our friendly games I am gonna field many different players, it might not be the best line-up but still I am going to try to win those games. It is all because we are gonna build chemistry and experience for our most important players who will be playing in the WC.
If anyone have any question or concerns don't hesitate emeil me or just ask here in the forum.

I know we're stuffed in keepers, but what about my latest pull? Darrick Connelly is 450 OR and was pulled on week 1. Q's are G 95 P81 T90 S64 H88. if CL remains good, he might hit 1000 OR in his early 18 and he'll start to see some action in 2 seasons... Any chance he'll crack NT lineup in the future?
Forwards
Isaac Laroche 22 years old, OR 962, AQ 79% and C/L 4/6 has no chance to ever crack the line-up. He will be dismissed.
Brannon Browne 23 years old, OR 844, AQ 69% and C/L 3/6 same as the one above. He will be dismissed from the NT roster.
Claude Kester 22 years old, OR 1063, AQ 81% and C/L 3/6. He might be dismissed as sonn I find a good replacement.
At the current roster we have 3 CF and 1 SF. I am looking to add 1 more CF and 1 SF. Have some in mind but will make a desision later this week.

I am sure they will implement U-18 and U-20 next season or in 2 season. He will be perfect choise.
One of those forwards will be added.
Graham Lough 22 years old, OR 1040, AQ 80% and 4/6. He might be good for a side forward if his manager is willing to train him that way. Will contact McRae .
Alvaro Dryden 22 years old, OR 961, AQ 77% and 4/6. His qualities not the best. He is good in shooting but his passing and heading are low.
Wesley Howard 21 years old, OR 1068, AQ 85% and 4/6. Not because he is from my team but IMO he has the best chance to be added.
If anyone know any better ones, now is the time.

Nathan Jobson may be a good LF candidate. He's got great Qs and trains really well. He's my top Canadian fwd. Keep in mind he just turned 19 and was 6/6 @ 17.
Not sure what the qualifying standards are going to be for SF's, I see the one SF we have right now has an IGR of 34.
Stan Burnett , even though is 4/6, trains somehow just as well as my other starting forward Garry Kidd even though Gary Kidd has best C/L route possible and very similar qualities.
Both could be suitable for an extra SF, Burnett has an IGR of 30 as a SF, and I haven't played Kidd yet this year as a SF, but would hazard a guess that he would be around 31 IGR as SF. I just switched his training to go completely CF again, but could switch it back if needed so he could be hybrid for both positions.

Congrats, and yes I would love to help out.
I'm 100% supportive of this approach:
