Hurry up or delay play impact the number of actions in the game. And from my observations, the impact of your tactic on the game vs. your opponent seems to change according to your strength vs. opponent.
So from what I've seen, if your the favorite, go with hurry up to have more actions, then more scoring chances and more goals. And go delay play against a stronger team to minimize the odds of being scored. A good option is to change from hurry up to delay play at half time if you lead by 1 or 2 goals so that you minimize the odds of being scored in 2nd half.
At least, from my observation, but I might be wrong as well...

It would be time for those 2 to score in qualify. Hattrick would be nice for my boy, but more likelly Rob will do it.
Hm. I agree with the delay play for sure. But for the increase in actions, I haven't noticed/haven't paid attention. This could be very useful to our coaching staff if it's true!

This was shared during the "Beta" and has been in use so far. So far we have had the bigger OTS than all the other teams we play, we should have the advantage by playing Hurry Up.
Especially now vs. the weaker teams we will be playing hurry up.
If we slowed down the game, we could accidentally tie it, or even lose if they get a lucky goal and we play delay the play all game.

My boys (in RL) lost the game today against much weeker opponent but they scored 3 goals, lost 4-3 and it was much more entertained game then this one here, lol.
First off, start moving some guys around on the field. Our forwards have had the opposing defenders right on top of them for most of the games so far.
With the lineup, bring in Borden(599,5/6) for Hockin(560,4/6). Also, bring in Ardley(597,5/6) for Hallinan(539,4/6). Better OR, Q's, CL, and training facilities. Appears to be a no brainer to me.
And finally, get these guys some experience because they are going to be needed when the World Cup happens:
Claude Kester
Elton Lai
Clay Roberge
Logan Breton
Jerod Tery
Changes are needed, this team is too good to be performing this badly.

Oh man, that was painful to watch. We dominated the field, how none went in I do not know. Yves Todd could have taken the day off though apparently.
Good advice on moving players, I will try to move them a bit, sometimes people do change their placement to try to stop the forwards.
As for which players are playing... The players on the field have the highest stats in the attributes needed. Like Borden has a crapload of midfield, which that is fine if Canucks likes that, or maybe he was a cross over player, not sure. But Hockin is at 160 defense while Borden is at 140 defense. I can't justify changes like that.
I also can't really start putting Kester in to get him XP and stuff, because we have two of the best forwards in the game, they need to get to 100 chem ASAP.
I am also limited in moving our forwards around though because they are both center forwards, but this setup has worked for people in the past and in I.1 now. 6 games is very little to judge anything on. Look at the first 6 games of NK this season. He was 7th or something but now is solidly in the top, was 1st most of the season.

Agreed. Bad luck is bad luck... Stick to the plan. We might eventually lose anyway, or not, but we'll do so consistently. Better than running randomly as headless chickens.
I'm Lithuania national team coach.
You have strong team. But you play with bad tactics, bad startegy... If you need help, telll me. I can help you up in group.
You startegy is not good, but you have strong team.

sorry, I can't really tell
but did we just get burned

Thanks for the offer, although actually I'd rather take advice from a team not ranked 6th in its group. Hope you'll get better though so that we can kick your ass in WC next season.
Only difference between our teams is he plays offside trap, which if he read the manual, it says when you have low chem, your defense does poorly on the trap.
He also plays Possession, but we tried that already.
Other than that, just sounds like possibly a poor attempt at trash talk? hah
