I'll let Ketch decide. I personally would like to have everyone in by the weekend and then have a slow and rigorous selection process...

Don't delay buy it today! I mean... Submit them today. I don't know why you would wait, have them in ASAP or risk not getting selected.
We intend to get the team up to 21 a least this week, and add them at a slower pace after so we have room for better pulls or late posters. But what's better is if everyone posts now. Also keep your players up to date once a week until the team is full. It's really easy so it's not a big deal.

Do you guys really want all players under 20 yrs with 4 or better career and more than 360 OR? Seems a bit weak as a standard to me, as my team is one of the weakest in I.1 and has about ten that make that standard. Do you have a minimum AQ in mind?

I've uploaded my top couple of guys and my best 16 year old. The rest I don't think are even reasonably worth a look.

They won't be selecting guys with like 40 qualities... its all about the qualities you player has. If they meet those criteria then have the qualities to make them superb within the season and whatnot.

Oh yeah, I set that requirement. I could make the requirements open to every player if we wanted. It really doesn't matter, I am hoping people don't submit players just because they fall under those minimum requirements, but we get a list of all the players.
It doesn't matter if this list has 100 or 10000 players in it, the best players will end up at the top of the list anyway so it's not a big deal what I make the requirements.

Like I said, I suggest you submit just the best on your team.
What I want to see is players with really good qualities (I don't even care if the Avg Q is low, as long as the avg qualities on the attributes the player uses are good)

And players who have really high attributes (get good ratings in games)

Just going to post some corrections to some assumptions people have been posting. I was reminded by a little birdie about these, so I should bring it up.

We get 22 players to call up.
Only players who play (starting 11) get chemistry on the NT
NT Players have their own energy in soccer for NT games.

If anyone thinks Canada should have a soccer rival other than the USA, discuss it here, and we can get them added.

Russia! Oh wait. That's hockey. Technically every country is a rival, since we play them and half the country is on our side and the other half is on the other team because they are from there haha. I would say Mexico is the only other one that has a PPM NT - just because they are who we face in CONCACAF.

I would agree with that, Mexico seems to make sense because of the CONCACAF.
