Hey not bad! We still have some strong players to add. Just a matter of getting the uploader going. I've been busy this whole week and have been out of town... haven't had a chance to hound Ketch to get that finished.
Well I have to add by not adding some more players he missed bonus training for players.
Yes I agree. We'll have AT LEAST a full roster for next weekend. I'll be able to hound him a bit more starting Monday

He could have called up to 22 players and all would have got some extra training.
It's true we missed a bit of training. There was no way in that short period to pick all the right people though. We only get one shot at picking the team.
We can discuss why certain players are picked over others later given the consent of the owners to allow us go give out their stats.
In the mean time, it will suffice to say I disagree! Haha. I will give a real answer when I am back from this weekend long wedding thing I am at.

You should have more time to put into NT specialy in a first season, BTW it's one of the reasons I didn't run for a manager.
It is not only training, if you had a full roster they all would have got experience essential for a success and then subs would have got some chemistry too.

Guess I am a bit green, but why do we only get one shot at picking the team? Can't we remove players from the roster and replace them as we see fit?

No you can't remove players in NTs. Only the first few days at the start of each season.
It's a shame--a more flexible system for NTs would be better...
It does work though. Generally there isn't too much movement once the game settles - like hockey is now. You don't want to unload and load players as they'll lose their NT chemistry. Taking the time to do it right the first time is important.
It's unfortunate but only one game... Not that bad
I'll take that back about Brody, I've changed my mind. I think part of the problem was you had a training camp going on 3 games into the season still. Everyone else had shown their best players in game already.
