why cant i sign players from my sports academy

i have 33 players and use IE for browser

Hmmm both should be fine then, although personally i think IE is a terrible browser and pales in comparison to Firefox or Chrome.

PPM is headquartered is Slovakia, so the live matches are scheduled at 6 PM CET, so people in Europe can watch live in the evening.

The updates are around 5 AM CET, at the start of the day in Slovakia, so it gives most of the day to prepare for the matches.

It makes it a bit odd for NA, since the update is in the evening, and the matches in the morning.

They've talked in the past about moving matches to local evening time. This might help on server load in Europe if they could spread the matches out some,

It probably helps to have all the updates happen at the same time, so they might stay put.

matches here are just before lunchtime. works pretty well for me in Chicago.

Relegation and demotion. Someone tell me how a team previously in 11.3 moves to 111.12? The team that moved down has been in since season one and 111.12 are all new teams with no true experience and great players. Seems messed up to me. Hes gone undefeated by playing low all season long.

Looks like he didnt set his lineup and had random generated lineups at the end of last season and ended up losing a ton of games. II.3 demotes to III 9-2-11-12 so he demoted to III.12 - he'll promote again and be out of your hair.

Looking at the overall strength of the league he probably did you a favor as whomever promoted from that league would get beat around pretty badly in II.3 and then demote again - if you demoted to III.9,10 or 11 they'd get beat around again as well. III.12 needs another full season of maturing to be able to compete as the league joined late.

so i take it that now is not the time to buy players since they will age at the season rollover?

might get some bargains if everyone thought that way.
