Nope, it's held hostage for seven days no matter what. I don't understand why, but it is what it is I guess.
I'm going to request that is changed in this month's report to the developers.
Yeah i dont understand why it does that. Really puts you in a bind for a long period of time. I was needing a goalie and had 70,000,000 invested in him and had to wait forever before I could get one. Then it didn't matter.
The later you leave it the higher it goes. I actually showed in a PPM article it is cheaper to keep marketing managers with a low scouting attribute full-time rather than fire and hire them constantly.
Because people fire them at the beginning of the season, and than at the end, when they realize that soon they will receive offers from the sponsors, they need to overspend on managers, because they are not the only one.
I get that, I bought extra managers on the cheap hoping to capitalize. I was just looking for the best time to sell since I'm sick of paying their salaries.

I'd wait for a week before, maybe two. It is a lot of luck though. If you wait until 3-4 days they'll either go for lots or everyone will have stocked up already.
How do I know if a tournament logo for a World Championship bid is properly uploaded? Will there be any indication? I believe that I followed the proper specifications, but there is no indication the logo was successfully uploaded.
you can see it change from default one to the one you uploaded.
I tried and failed to upload 180x240 pixel PNG images which were under 100 kB. What could I be doing wrong?
My arena is currently at 2300 (building towards 2900 this week).
My HR/Economic Department is currently at level 11.
If I would like to increase my team's income, am I better off spending more money on my HR/Economic Dept, or expanding my arena?
I was originally thinking I should dedicate all the money I could towards HR/Economic Dept, but I'm guessing its a moot point if my stadium is selling out every game. I'm probably at the point where I need to get more people in the door if I want to get more sponsorship money.
WOuld that be a good assumption?

Stadium Stadium Stadium.
Media deals and ticket sales are massively important. HR can only do so much if you're not a top team and have a massive stadium. I pretty much blew up my team so I could build up my stadium a bit quicker.
If you want to compare, I'm currently 3rd in III.4 and I have 11,500 seats. I'll be up to 16,500 at the end of this season. I'm hoping to get to 20k next season.
My Media deal is 5.6M per week.
Ticket Sales this season: 76M.
I'm guessing that's a bit more than yours=)
