I probably could do 1 arena 38mil pop soon as i get all my prize money etc.
You don't want to do it as soon as you get prize money though - wait to upgrade stands until after next season's media deal is signed since sectors under construction don't count towards arena size (which is the most important factor in size of the media deal).

When is the deadline to run for the election of National Team managers? I don't want to vote until all the candidates have entered.
Everyone can put there name into the hat upto the last day of the season the the election is the first week of the new season.
For the first round, the top ten candidates advance, but there will likely not be ten candidates in any of the elections. Even the foreign candidates who don't use English and the candidate with the folded team should advance.
We desperately need more managers that are active on the forums to run for election. We only have Taloncarde and Bulls4ever for the Senior team, then you for U-18. Reason I was asking is because I didn't want to vote for somebody inexperienced that would probably quit the game soon anyway.
You can actually change your vote in the first round. I expect that a few more of the experienced players will join over the course of the next week.
Is there any easy way to follow favorited forums, other than continually checking the forum page?
There is a feature to do that. You can add a team to your favourite on their team info page then go to the link below to follow them (even shows latest score which is clickable to their last game):

Oops, I read that as favourite teams. My bad...
Does the stadium affect just media offer, or both general/media?
I believe just media for the stadium. Performance/league for general.
