Ok, you're right with the salaries, but what i am trying to say, that maybe it will be better for you and your team to sell/kick out some staff members. The revenues from staying them in your team (and selling them in future or just becoming future main/assistant on their proffesion) will be much more smaller than expenses.
Yep, that's what i've started to do. The staff i have for sale right now will free up $60k per day. I am going to look to sell others off in the coming days.

yes, staff actually do their job. trainer with 100 in one position gives boost that is the same next level training level.
and i dont agrree that staff salaries ar way too big. you have 7 facilities so its means you need only 14 staff members. train them properly not 100/0 and wages will be just fine. guys who are whining about staff salaries overtrain them or train for market. if you want to get money you have to invest it.

Overtrain them? The way I see it, training specialists are much more valuable to your team.

So in your opinion, staff members SHOULD be paid up to 30 times more than a superstar scoring winger?
that amount of salary is now. wait your superstars when they have 24-27 age then compare salaries.
