If I set my scratched players in case I get an injury while I can't access the game, what will happen if my number 1 goalie goes down? Will G2 become G1 and the scratch become G2? Or does the scratch get the G1 position?
Likewise say C1 gets injured, does the scratch go straight to C1, or does C2->C1, C3->C2, C4->C3 and scratch->C4?

If C1 gets injured, the scratched player fills his C1 spot in line 1 and also PP/PK line if he is there.
I am not sure about the goalie, but would imagine it would be the same there.
I don't use a scratched goalie, as G2 takes G1 spot if G1 gets injured. This is also the reason I don't know what happens if you have a scratched player in goalie position.

Maybe I'm missing something but how can someone have shops, stalls, press center and skybox already built in a section that is still under construction?
That was my thought too... but I'm fairly certain it is new construction.
Is AvQ correct on a player or staff member before he is scouted? For instance, if you have a staff member with AvQ 90, and his unscouted qualities are 50 and 60 can you assume they are much higher than this once scouted?

Everything on the market is just as unknown as your players non-scouted. You can assume that the actual AQ will lie somewhere between 55 and 90 yes. Not necessarily true, but high level of probability.
