Well I don't expect a big increase in my sponsorship offer next season. Maybe those who are regular in CL or CWC, with taking first 3 places in their league.

But I am one of them who put 81 million in arena rather then facilities this season... But CL/CWC is very important. Without income, I have half a million loss every day. And soon it will increase to 700-800k pr day.

Yep, without decent stands I have minus on my account almost every day. 500.000 is with me also daily.
Again you har sponsorship and transfers. Attendance acounts for 6% of my total income this season. Income from attendance dosn't influence my economy as much as i think it should
500k for 112 days is 56 million. That's around 40% of what I get from my sponsor. So there is still no problem in managing the regular expenses with the sponsor money.
Attendance account for 10% of my income this season. But I just recently got the stadium up from 1600 to 2600. 60 days from now I end up at 5100, so it should end up with 20%, or maybe even more. CL and playoffs draw huge crowds.

That's normal. After league match chemistry rises 2-3 when player played and if didn't play, no rise. In the next upgrade every players' chemistry can lower 1 or doesn't lower at all...random I think. After friendly match, chemistry rises only 1-2. So, if some of your players play only friendlies, they don't develope much in chemistry.

PPM really @$#@#@# up the staff salary thing... i don't care what excuse they care to give out, when your staff cost you $421k per day and players only $31k there's a major bug in the system.

...it depends also did you played with 3 or 4 lines. Those numbers I wrote might be bigger, because it's studied with 4 lines in league match and 3 lines in friendly match.
You really don't have to have such big expenses, you can sell a few poorest guys, or sell the most profitable staff members, such as coach, manager, sporting director.
As i can see you have education center on 8 lvl so only reason for keeping such many staff members is possible selling them in the future. But when it's not intention and you have more than (2+2+4+1+2+3+1; from coach to physio) this isn't good way of developing team.

It's a strategy. I have 5 staff on the market right now, all with high OR and high qualities.
I have 4 sports directors, all with high primary attributes. I have 2 youth training specialists in head/assistant right now and 2 training specialists I put in when i hold training camps.
That aside, while having extra staff members does increase the expense, it does not change the fact that the system is screwed up. I have a crap staff member with low qualities who earns MORE Than my top line center with HIGH OR and HIGH qualities.
I don't know if the PPM people were drunk or stoned, or just had a lapse of thinking when they did the staff salaries, but whatever the reason, it doesn't work... it's flawed, broken, has errors, choose whatever word you wish.

Hard to say, but only 3 of your staff members at TL are with high OR and only lecturer will go for good money (which will give you ~ his montly salary), next two will go for around 300k i think. So this money is some kind of bad joke.
Currently i don't see any point of having 3 stadium custodians and 3 physio.
And you have to remember that salary is based on the value of higher atribute so if you have staff member with OR 60 (30+30) he will get same salary as staff member with OR 32 (30+2). I think that this will guide you through some kind of tip.

My 3 custodians are only temporary. The third one has a higher quality and once his attribute reaches that of the current guy, i'll sell the current (lower quality) one. Same goes for physio.
At the end of the day, regardless of how we strategise or train the staff, they should NOT be paid 30x that of a top player.
