If the number that you get after training was always the same, you wouldn't need to scout players because you would know how much quality they have.
It's just a guess, I don't know the true reason
Don't mention it.

Don't mention it.
Player training can still vary even after scouting your players, however its a lot less of a difference having scouted them.
Player training and regeneration facilities play their part in this, in tandem with a players energy, both post-game and seasonal.
There are quite a few variables, but from my experience player training changes almost every day, even if it's just by .01

I don't agree with this !
Even if players are not scouted, their practice is still correlated with real attribute quality !

Well, of course it does!!
That still does not change the fact that players training varies from day to day, which you initially asked about.
You wanted to know why, and I gave you some reasons why!

Player's energy doesn't have influence on his training. Just playing in 3 or 4 lines day before has influence.
I think that Ciukitu wanted reason for this hops and downs, not what causes it.

Players energy does have an impact on training if 3 lines are played in a game.
Also, what happens if you roll with 4 lines for the 1st period, then 3 for the 2nd and 3rd?
Staff OR increases, staff changing, game energy, regeneration facilities, training facilities and a players injuries through his career all impact on training.

I meant if you play high or low it doesn't have influence on players training - I believe this is the primary thing when you say energy influence on training. As it seems, players do lose their energy more when they play with 3 lines, but it is just side effect.
If they play 4 and then 3 lines, I believe that they will lose energy like they've played entire match with 3. I once knew the exact process, but as those things slowly become irrelevant to me, I've lost it
All of that has influence that you've mentioned, but why does it fluctuates ? Are the buildings inconsistent, staff training or players themselves ?

It's a good point, I honestly do not know to be honest.
I imagine that even virtual pro's can be inconsistent!!
Maybe a hangover, or a cold?
Ciukitu...
Yes, injuries affect players training through decreases in CL. I know this is more a long term effect, but an effect nonetheless.

I'll try to be more clearer with the injuries thing...
The more injuries a player gets, the more likely he will drop in CL at the end of the seasonal update.
This along with age are the more long term lessening of player training I suppose.
