Does anyone have an idea on how to make a spreadsheet so I know who my best players are and where to train them? Thanks in advance, I just started two days ago!

but hey he has old data (from first and second season). someone could make a new table to get more accurat numbers but i think there wont be big diferences

Ok, if we want to be serious a bit - those "strange results" pop out every season. And especially at the beginning of a season, lot of us were complaining that something strange is happening, as if devs have changed something.
First of all Theeagle made that statistic research where we don't have 100% results in favor of breaking up play against normal. It's close to 60:40, so where is that 40 ?

you are absolutly right. we dont know when countertactic wont work. maybe it will be three times in a row when you lose, but then there will be for example 20 victories.

The last time when I looked at some new data was in the middle of fourth season. There was an obvious reason for checking – my team was losing game after game even when hitting the right tactics. The big picture hadn't changed at all, from thousands of fresh game reports one could still clearly single out the same countertactics, yet for some reason we just kept losing games. Shit is sticky matter and is likely to happen again when one is having a streak of bad luck I don't keep track of long term data as I used to, so there will probably be no huge updates in the next days.

It would be interesting to see, what happens when they implement the announced improvements in the game engine.

Maybe will be too many variables ?
