if im understand corectly ppm team give him exception to allow sell them. so, why this is called cheating?
I don't know, it's up to the PPM team, if they want to do it than that's their prerogative, but other people are questioning it.
In my opinion, what happens between players and GMs should stay private, but this might be one of those situations where the PPM staff should clarify since they made a very obvious exception

He has bought Colamente from Italy, while he was NT member.
Maybe cheating isn't the correct word, but how can I say, he tried to "harm" other countries national teams, thats disgusting...
guys, please do not talk about possible cheaters or other GM-things here!! If you find something suspicious please report it to GMs.

He can't tell you that, it's between the GMs and the players, but he is the right person to report things too. So go ahead and report it.

Some kind of international tourney? I would really love to have any info before, because thanks to it our repre has 4 open slots for repre friendly. As i remember we have planned matches with: Russia, Czech (2 times) and Slovakia, as i remember.
What should I do? Look for other interested repre?
