He has ruined his team anyway. I guess he could also get some psychotherapy. I would really like to know, what causes a person to do such a thing.
maybe he is getting fun? this is game and everyone could enjoy this in the way they like it.

Ban must me basen on reason from rules. If it isn't in rules - ban is silly.
Just because something isn't in the rules doesn't mean what he's doing is fair to other players.

this catch all phrase means it's their game... they decide what is fair. If new rules need to be implemented, they should do so.
