i would only think about loaning player if that guy keeps training at my facilities. where is chance that guy who has my player don't change training types or even more train winger as goalie? and what gain will get team who loans player? for short time good player? thats not good reason to borrow some star when you know that you can't keep him so why to salivate for orther manager players?

Yes, we don't know nothing much about this so we can't tell will we siekalot for nothing or not 
yes, but in game dont fit real life concept when team loans players becouse of big salary they got. there salary plays a very little role in economy so all loan system is going to fail very shortly if it will be implemented in game.

The loan thing is ok in soccer as this does happen in some leagues, but has absolutely NO place in hockey IMHO.
Sure it does, it happens at the minor league and junior levels, as well as European. Technically the NHL teams sometimes loan their players to other AHL or Junior teams. For example when the Stars had no minor league team...

But we don't have "minor" league teams here in PPM... all leagues are pretty much equal. In the NHL, teams don't loan players to other NHL teams, which is essentially what we would be doing here.

It would be hard to stay until we see what the system actually entails, but for example if you could loan to a III.1 team while in I.1, that would make sense, or possibly loan to a team in another country that might have a weaker I.1, etc etc. Who knows.
That would work. I think you should only be able to loan to leagues that are in lower divisions, and only in either your same country, or the country that player is from.
agreed, i'd like to see what they have planned before ripping into it to much. It will depend on what the plans are to see if it might be something useful or not.

Loaning should be beneficial for weak and poor teams.
