little advice on market - it looks like its better to put solid starting price for player than 10k. if noone will buy it for your desired price then train him a little bit more, fire him or just put on market for another term for the exact same money. recently succeded in that way sell arena custodian with second time on market.
that brings up a different question...
what's the best time to put someone on the market?

Wednesday 21:30 CET, Thursday 20:00 CET.... it's not that easy to determine.
What happened to player loans? Have devs decided not to implement it or why is it disappeared?
It has low importance, it will be much later...
how will player loans work anyway? will there be a possibility to only lend a player if the 'borrower' won't play with max intensity?
or at least there should be bigger indemnities in that case i think

yeah im quite sceptical about it as well. that's why i want to know what specifically the developers had in mind
borrowing rocks, you can send a young talent to a way better team to let him train there and you pay a bit for it. But i think that the borrowed players should not count fully into the 40 player limit, maybe 50%. Otherwise a good team wont be satisfied with the lesser money they getr from training other players. They can just train their own. So it should have some kind of other benefits, lets say lesser injuries if you have borrowed players in ur team. But it would be hard to justifie ^^
After all its too much work for too less benefit to implement it in the game

I don't think the spirit would be to have your young players trained at uber pace by stronger teams, I'd call that cheating.
The idea from what I have seen in other sports (this is real life) is that you can send your youth to smaller teams where they can get good experience as a starter in a lower league, this way when they get to a level that you want to bring them into your lineup they have the experience to make the jump.
All speculation but you're idea would be what will most likely happen, and should never be allowed.

There will be so small examples of good borrowing deals, because a team who borrows has to have good facilities, almost as the team from which the player has come. That if training process depends on facilities where is player currently (which is natural thing). And if that team already has such facilities, I see no reason why he should borrow someone's player...
The team making the lending move weighs the fact that the player will get steady playing time and they would receive a financial compensation for loaning the player out.
Yeah money is important, that's why people give so much on coaches
Speaking of experience...if they play - to little training again and too slow gaining experience. I would loan my player only to a team that has 11th level of training and 11th level of regeneration, that would make some sense. Otherwise, it's waste of players career. I don't believe he can compensate that difference with large sum of money because where is his interest ?
These are all wild guesses, who knows what rules & terms will be for loaning.
