From reading the chat, it looks like it's already been handled and that is why he is back on the market. But it's still hard for me take a team named "Army of pretty tits" seriously

I think he should be banned, the whole thing is irritating.

Take for example the following rules:

The high prices (100 and 83 mill) he obviously paid to the other guy so he can build his stupid BIG stadium.

- "to try to spoil the game for the other managers in any way"
I mean this is really the point here.
Probably the national mangers or other managers from a country are pissed that their good players are bought for the reason of spoiling the national team (Like Jimbo75 said). And if this assumption is too far-fetched for you why where the players put back on the market by the officials? They know that something went wrong.

There have been people banned for lesser things.

In Market section hockey.powerplaymanager.c... there is a new option called "Attractive sales". What were the criteria for this filter ? Why are these players attractive ? OR above 200 ?

I think how many offers did they get is main criteria.
